66zz Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the 66zz platform. 66zz is an online gaming and sports betting platform providing services to Bangladeshi users. The platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting and various other types of games.

It is entirely the user's responsibility to read, understand and comply with these terms. If any part is unclear, please contact the 66zz support team.

These terms and conditions may be available in both English and Bengali. 2. Account Registration

To create an account on 66zz, accurate and complete information must be provided. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and such accounts may be permanently closed at any time.

The information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth and payment details — must be accurate. This information may be verified during future withdrawal processes.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any winnings or bonuses from those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing account details with anyone else or sharing the account is prohibited. The account holder is personally responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

3. Age Verification

To open an account on 66zz and play any game, the user must be at least 21 years of age. 21+

A national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested at any time as proof of age. If age is found to be under 21 upon verification, the account will be closed immediately and all balances in that account will be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

66zz accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is added to the account and can be used in games immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The mobile banking number used for withdrawal must match the information provided during account registration. Withdrawals to third-party numbers are not allowed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

66zz offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit to a new account, up to ৳5,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,200; a 20x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing this bonus, meaning bets totalling ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be placed.

Please read the bonus terms carefully. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the specified wagering requirement has been completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person or household
• A bonus may only be usable on certain games — details will be stated in the terms of each offer
• Attempting to withdraw from a bonus balance before meeting the bonus terms may result in the bonus being cancelled
• 66zz reserves the right to change, cancel or add new conditions to bonus offers at any time
• Bonuses and winnings may be forfeited if unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse are suspected

6. VIP Program

The 66zz VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's overall activity on the platform. 66zz reserves the right to change VIP benefits at its discretion.

7. Permitted and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66zz platform:

• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details
• Conducting artificial betting activity with the intent to abuse the bonus system
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Betting on behalf of other users or using their accounts
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform for unfair gain
• Using automated software or bots to operate games
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities

7.2 Permitted Activities

Registered users may enjoy all games and betting features on 66zz, provided they comply with these rules and are at least 21 years of age.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

66zz may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• False information found during verification
• Evidence of bonus or system abuse
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
• At the user's own request to voluntarily close the account

Before closing an account, the return of any available valid balance will be reviewed. Bonus balances and winnings where wagering requirements have not been met will not be returned.

If the internet connection is lost or a server problem occurs, a game or bet may be interrupted midway. In such situations, 66zz determines the outcome of the bet based on technical logs.

66zz reserves the right to recover any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error, even if already withdrawn, by adjusting against future deposits or winnings.

12. Changes to Terms
